Battle Ground is home base for us. We know this town better than anywhere else we work. It’s grown from a smaller rural town into more of a bedroom community for people commuting into Vancouver and Portland, but it hasn’t lost all its rural edges. You’ll still find long gravel-to-asphalt driveways on bigger properties mixed in with brand new subdivisions closer to downtown.

Being local means we can usually turn a job around faster here than anywhere else. Less drive time means we can justify smaller jobs, like sealing a single crack or fixing one driveway, that wouldn’t be worth the trip from further out. We’ve paved driveways in the newer developments and worked on bigger properties out toward Lewisville Park and the county roads around it.

We also know the ground. Battle Ground sits on a mix of clay and glacial till depending on where you are, and that affects how we grade and compact before paving. When storm damage or a sudden pothole shows up, we’re usually the fastest ones to get out and look at it, simply because we’re already here. That goes for crack repair, bigger repairs, striping, and seal coating alike.
