Asphalt Paving & Sealcoating in Washougal, WA

Washougal sits right against the Columbia River Gorge, next door to Camas but with a different personality. It’s stayed more small-town and blue-collar, and the Pendleton Woolen Mills is still running downtown the way it has been for generations. Compared to Camas, the properties here tend to be older, so we do more repair and seal coating than fresh installation.

The Gorge brings its own weather. Wind and rain patterns here can be sharper than what we see just a few miles inland in Vancouver, and that affects how we schedule outdoor work and how long we tell a customer to stay off freshly coated asphalt.

Most of our jobs are residential driveways in the older in-town neighborhoods, plus a handful of newer builds up on the hill. We also handle the commercial lots along the main corridor through town, which usually means striping once a year or so.
